Having a Home Wireless Network Configuration.
If you want to use your wireless laptop at home, you have to set up a home wireless network, this is not difficult, just follow the instruction...
Assuming certain parameters are already available, first show you have to show a typical home wireless/wired network including a DSL modem, or cable, a wireless gateway which uses a four-wired network port for the necessary places you will need it.
Then the home network which has (e.g.) a multi-mode D-Link DI-774 gateway which can work with the inbuilt 802.11b at yout new work station is turned on.
This wireless network name we use at home is "ExampleHome_g". Usually this is called Service Set Identifier (SSID) by wireless laptop producers and this is a sensitive name which distinctly identifies the network.
Now you are good to go on your wireless laptop.
